HERE’S WHAT TO Expect.

We all live busy lives, and it can be easy to put off having professional photos done by saying “I’ll do it next year when things calm down a bit”. Life keeps moving, your kids keep growing, there is no time like the present.

I’ve perfected a booking system that makes booking your session with me smooth and stress free! Below you will find details on the 5 step process to booking your session.

Also, I always have themed minis available that are 100% self bookable, for those wanting an even quicker route to booking a session. These are especially popular around the holidays!

02 / DETAILS

Next we work together to plan out details for your session -Date, time, location, vibes, etc.!

I have a locations guide to choose from, as well as a style guide I can send over to help with outfit choices.

03 / OFFICIALLY BOOK

With the details nailed down, we can officially get you booked!

To book, you will sign a contract, fill out the session questionnaire, and make a deposit through my booking system. Half of the total is due to reserve, and the second half is due one week before your session. You will receive automatic email updates when second payment is due.

04 / YOUR SESSION

Your session date is finally here! Depending on location chosen, i’ll have specific details to send you for where we will meet. All that’s left is to show up and have fun!

05 / GALLERY DELIVERY

Two weeks after your session date, you will receive your gallery! If you have not chosen the all inclusive package at booking, you’ll be prompted to choose your set amount of images. If you wish to purchase the full gallery, that will be available at this time.

  • Two weeks! There is a $75 gallery rush delivery add on option during booking for a 3 day turn around.

  • I have a curated list of locations that I love to shoot at all over the Dallas/Fort Worth metroplex! When your booking is completed, you automatically receive an email with my DFW locations guide attached to look over. There is a wide variety of nature, urban and indoor studio options on both sides of the metroplex.

    I am also always down to travel or try out a new location if you have a vision!

    For outdoor sessions, I shoot either at sunrise or sunset for that golden light, but can be flexible. Indoor sessions can be done anytime of day as long as there is daylight.

  • Absolutely!! Blankets are always a great prop for some sitting or laying poses. Props such as sonograms or onesies/baby shoes are great ideas for pregnancy announcements or maternity sessions. Dogs are ALWAYS welcome! I work with dogs in about half of my sessions and it makes me so happy! Just mention it to me so I can make sure we go to a dog friendly location, and consider bringing some treats or toys to help keep their attention during the session.

  • Most importantly, wear something that you feel confident and comfortable in! Wear something that fits your personal style and that you feel confident wearing and moving around in. You can dress up or dress more laid back, totally up to you and your personality/vision for your session. As far as colors go, I always encourage mostly neutrals with patterns or other colors thrown in. For example, if you have a family of four, have two or three people go with solid colors and one or two wear a pattern. Essentially, make sure you all look cohesive when standing next to each other! Feel free to reach out to me with pictures of your outfit ideas and I would love to give advice that way as well!
