Sarah + Nick’s engagement session was a breath of fresh air!

We chose Keller Pointe for Sarah + Nick’s engagement session for its greenery, water features and wide open fields.

Sarah and I coordinated their outfits ahead of time, which is always a big relief to know the colors will fit in well with the scenery and with my editing style. I’m convinced that when it comes to photography, there is no better outfit than a long flowy dress - I love the movement it can create.

These two came down for anything, and we had so much fun despite the extreme heat and mosquito attacks (never forget your bug spray friends!!), I try to always have some on hand.

When I first started my photography journey, couples and weddings were my main focus. Over the years, as the couples I worked with began growing their families, I found a passion for maternity and family work! I am always SO excited to get to do couples sessions, it brings me back to my roots.

There’s a freedom of creativity that comes with only focusing on photographing two people at once. I love tailoring each couples experience to match their level of affection, their energy and connection with each other.
