The bond between a mother and her child is one of the most beautiful things I have the honor of documenting! Mommy and me sessions are always some of my very favorites.

It’s no secret that moms are usually the ones taking the photos, mommy and me photography sessions give them the chance to be in front of the camera. These images are ones that both Kim, Gavin, and their whole family will treasure for many years to come.

Spring is my favorite time for sessions, with mild weather and wildflowers galore in Texas! Most people tend to wait until the fall for photos, but how can you not love these greens?!

Another thing that makes this session really stand out to me are their outfits! Choosing neutrals is always a good idea, especially in the spring. With so much vibrant green, neutrals really shine through. Kim’s dress having a subtle pattern, next to Gavin’s solid colors is chef’s kiss - perfection!
